How have you found to be the best way to pick up chemicals to your pressure washer or roof pump?
Do you use a strainer? Permanet or removable?

I have two and both are removable. One for my residential and one for my RBP commercial pump. I don't use a strainer at all. I simply have my tubing connected to my pvc piping with the end tapered off to prevent sticking to the bottom.

I have 3/4" pvc with a cap on the ends that are mounted to the factory fitting on the bottom of the tank. They all go about half the length of the tank with 1/8" holes drilled only on the bottom side. Way more holes than what equals 3/4". I have had this set up for three years and it works well. The last pump I took apart had nothing inside. Also, all the water that comes into the truck is filtered with a whole house filter, posted here. We hook up to way too many wells.

I was at the pool store and they have some nice sand filters that look like they would work nice.
