I am posting these photos because every Home Owner should follow this Home owners lead. I washed this roof six years ago when it was about eight years old. I cleaned it again today, no Moss...no Lichen...no damage. Yes she could have probably washed it last year but the Home Owner is on top of it..what is it now 14 ish years old....it looks good and is in great shape...Preventive maintenace!
