It is 36 degrees this morning with 16 mph winds. The forecast is calling for 26 mph gusts. We canceled yesterday due to high winds, barely got Tuesday completed and it looks like tomorrow will be canceled as well. I have canceled more this spring than any other.
I hear ya. It was in the 30's yesterday with snow, and today was supposed to get to 45ish. But at 2 it was still 37. Gonna get to 54 tomorrow, so back at it. Had to move a bunch of jobs this week.

Weather isn't on our side this year

But it seems these little cold snaps bring new waves of customers once it warms up. I notice this every year this time. We usually have 4 or 5 periods of cold to warm and people respond to that.

The weather map for NY is saying next week looks good. Starts out high 50's and works its way up to 68 on Sat. I'll take it!

We worked Sat and Sunday last weekend. Monday it rained on and off during the day and I just did site quotes. Tuesday and Wednesday I was in Atlantic City for the UAMCC event so no work got done but that was the plan. This morning we did a large house wash in Tannersville and it was cold with snow flurries. No accumulation though. Tomorrow we are in Belvidere NJ doing 2 roofs and a small house wash. We are now booked through the first week of May and calls are coming in daily. We will work as long as it's above freezing.

We have snow flurries here. It was nice a few weeks ago. This weather is crazy. Lots of windy days. I hope it turns around soon.

Funny, we had flurries here on long Island on the hilly north shore and it was 43 degrees out

We would work above freezing Hank but the wind will not stop. It has been high and gusting all week.
The extended forecast looks good for next week.

Just finished winterizing my equipment. We have a roof cleaning tomorrow morning 30 miles north of here on a lake front home in Milford, PA. It should be fun.

I was PWing a building yesterday in snow squalls. Then the sun would come out, then it would snow again.
Got a large multi-service clean I'm trying to do for the third time this year on Monday in Shohola. It'd be nice to get it done.

If you can't do it I can.

The wind is ridiculous!
