I just hired my second shooter and another temp ground kid. I have everything here to build a second truck and should get that completed next weekend. I'm booked over 6 weeks out and just can't keep up....I'm back in the saddle and loving the ride.
I would say I did it all myself but I never have believed anyone does it all themselves......I would have to say Ray has been one of the best assets. Mostly just based on his willingness to answer questions in a pinch and because of the RBP Pump.....had he not introduced me to that sweet little pump I would not be as far along as I am.
My third truck will probably happen next year.
And my wife is down right gorgeous so life is not all bad.

Doug,
Is there a slow part of the year for you?

Yea, the winter season was slow but I plan to push through it this year. I will be able to be out selling in about 2-3 months so that will help out greatly.

My concern is...can your market support 2-3 trucks? How much commercial work are you doing, if any?

I don't have the time to grow my commercial work but I do get it. After my new guy is trained I'll be able to focus more on growth and commercial work is one of those areas I do want to focus.

It is always good to hear that someone is doing well and growing! Those who have the work ethics you do, come here and share your ideas and of course... take great care of your customers, deserve to be rewarded.

Thanks all.....I've been patient and turned down sooooo many potential employees that I just hope these guys work out.
And yea Hank, thanks for the concern. I'm not jumping into three trucks until I know I can support them.....hence the next year comment. I still need to take winter into the mix and make sure there is enough to go around.
Eric, pictures of your rig have helped me in the design of the second truck so thanks for sharing!
