Check out this ad in a local paper in Southern NJ. I think Matt of Roof Rescue just opened this new branch in NJ and realized that numbers are so low here, that he can't afford to use a skid with batteries and is just using a pump up sprayer!!
$199.00 plus tax, for most jobs...... I am just glad Lou is charging tax, because then I really would have thought his pricing was too low. Don't forget the owner, does all the work!! This guy must have the biggest forearms and biceps in the Tri-State area...that's a lot of pumping...
Poor Lou, there was a guy here doing it that cheap but at least he wrote "Removal of black streaks extra "

No license,no workman's comp,no pump, and a 199 special= priceless.

Wow! AC loves to chime in and comment on peoples pricing. Let's see if he steps up and does the right thing. Must be good times over at SSW!

What now about AC stepping up and doing the right thing? I'm lost.
You know it's not really Matt @ Roof Rescue, John is joking about the name.

I Google the phone number. Its a Jersey Roof Rescue. His listings look fairly new. I don't think its anybody to worry about.

I say worry. I wouldn't expect a SWS guy to come in and ruin the market.

Art the guy has been listed for 3 years now. He is clueless. Dosent even have a website. Most likely he's doing this on the side.

Not a SWS guy...I was just joking with Matt Lancaster. He and I had a good laugh about it. My real point is that the guy is using a pump up sprayer and basically loosing money on every job he does. My gues is that he is a crazy millionaire looking for tax deductions...
