I spent two days just outside of Washington at National Harbor at the PWRA & WCRA convention. Well put together both days. Some really good speakers that were there to teach. It was nice to see and meet people from the vendor side as well as people I lost track of when so many left RCIA. One of the best things I liked about the convention is there wasn't anyone walking around yelling, interrupting and being completely rude. I plan to attend again next year.
Meeting Howard Partridge was worth the trip.

You should come to Charleston in September. It will blow your mind.

Unfortunately I'll be misssing both this year. Any convention that gathers a large amount of professionals is good for the industry as a whole regardless of the sanctioning body.
