Steve, have you tried hitting it with some OneRestore? It's possible it might be similar to some stains we removed from a hospital building. The only thing that ended up cutting it was OneRestore, as well as a diluted mix of Landa Supernova.
We did a house recently that had a black stain from garage roof where the gutter stopped at the house. One restore didn't work... we scrubbed with de-greaser a number of times. I always go to one restore first, then open the arsenal if it doesn't work.

I have not but I will now! When I researched the product I find out I am only 1.5 hours from the manufacturer.
I will be going there next week for several cleaning issues we have.
Thank you so much
I know others have weighed in with One Restore, so thank you. The old saying is true: " When the student is ready, the teacher appears."
We have learned in this business not to become myopic on one size fits all cleaning. Professional forums such as this are raising our company above the guy with a pressure washer.

F9 BARC will remove them. Spray on at 2:1 let sit about 30 seconds rinse off.
I Need some help on possibly getting these black streaks off this storefront.
We cleaned it this week and everything came off with the exception of these streaks.
There is deterioration of the dryvit above this streaking and I am wondering if water has entered into the wood subdeck and something is leaching out.
I beefed up the mix and also hit it with Mean Green and a spot test with F9.
