Fora job like that, I charge what I want to get. If I don't get what I want, i don't do it.
With the metal you are going to need to be careful if it's oxidized, and my guess is it is....also looks like someone took a turbo or something to that tile in the bottom of the first pick.
I would probably use Sensitive on all of it, or even a mixture of bare brick and sensitive. You can talk to Adam at Worlds Best and he"ll help you on the mixture ratios. You can even text him the pics at 8052848686 and he"ll help you out. He's the owner and a great guy.
If its me I charge about $2500.00 and I do a test spot first to make sure I'm going to be successful and that they are going to be happy. I also up sell them on the anti coating for another 300-500. Oh and Hot water will be needed on this job.

Anti Coating basically seals the surface and if someone tags it again it's much easier to remove. You are basically removing it from he coating, not the surface. You can not see the coating, and it does not change the color of the surface.
That would be a great upset.....you know those guys are going to be back and tag that wall again. Just a matter of time.

some anti graffiti coatings are "sacraficial" meaning once they are cleaned they are removed and need to be reapplied, more $$$!
You can also get permenant clear coatings both solivant based and water based, if shipping for some of the specialty products that Doug mentioned, you can get anti grafitti products from sherwin williams that has stores everywhere.

"Guys,
I have to say that there is some information you may not be aware of. I specialize in anti graffiti coatings. You are correct that 99% of most anti graffiti coatings are not worth it. But there is one that is.
Anti Graffiti coatings have a test which is the ASTM D6578. This measures the ease at which graffiti is removed from a coating. Sherwin Williams just came out with a single component coating which they boasted would finally be the one that would get them above level 3. It did not. Graffiti still required solvents and high pressure hot water.
The GPA-300 Graffiti Proofer® has for the past 5 years been the only coating to ever achieve a level 1. This means that graffiti can be removed with a dry rag only or low pressure cold water. It is not wax based it has a warranty of 10 years and an expected life span of 20. I have applied this to tens of thousands of square feet. I have applied it to stucco. It works and is far far better than repainting."

Yes the Worlds Best is a sacrificial coating and has to be re-applied...it's one of the reason I like using it. That and I have had great success with it. Have never heard about the SW one. I will have to check it out. Thanks for posting that.
