Last week I provided a quote to clean the dryvit(EIFS) on this commercial property. In addition to the quote we provided a free demo for the general manager and regional director. Today I got the call and we are meeting on Friday afternoon to discuss the project and schedule with their senior management.
Thats a big building Hank, take lots of pictures....and enjoy.

Thanks everyone.
We were awarded the contract and they also have us doing the sidewalks, indoor pool deck and dumpster pads. The additional work will be done come spring 2016 as we are running out of time around here and I have other customers waiting for us.
They issued a purchase order and issued a 20% deposit. The work will start Tuesday.

Great hank! With dryvit types I use less detergent as the rough surfaces cause more foaming and harder rinsing. What's your experience with that?
I might experiment with adding a weak weak citrus acid into my rinse to break down the bubbles (jet dry etc use this and alcohol in their dishwasher rinses).

Maverick,
Thanks for your concerns. Since 2007 we have probably serviced 150(+-) residential and commercial properties that have dryvit incorporated in the design.
Depending on the degrere of infestation some were serviced with just down streaming, others with my m-jet and once with my dedicated roof pump.
We have never had an issue with rinsing.

That looks great, we are going to be keeping our fingers crossed on a large project with EIFS. Maybe a demo will solidify the deal for them. The last time they had it washed was with high pressure and no soap. We were thinking X Jet but maybe down streaming could do it with the right mix. Congrats on the project.

Had a client on a residential property that had the dryvit powerwashed around this time a few years back and water got behind the old porous facade and froze overnight, ice expansion ruined it which is why softwashing is the best way to clean.
Hank great work! I'm gonna cut down the soap and less rinse pressure, only happened a few times

Project complete. They loved the results so much they had us do the sidewalks as well.
We were able to shoot most the building using our shooter tips and downstreaming. Several areas that had hardie stains needed our mjet. On the sidewalks we used just the surface cleaner.

I wonder if you can hook up a surface cleaner to a SEGWAY for speedier work?!
