Hi Bryan -

No, I definitely do not run bleach through my pumps, re: cat, general, etc... J!  I have a separate 10 gallon reservoir which I installed a heating element into, so then onto my shurflo pump, on out to my ½ inch flex, to connected wand.

So, on an average roof clean detail, I am kicking about 40 to 50 psi onto the tile/asphalt roof “single story home”.  So with the added heated portion, and/or the integration of the heated chemical/H2O onto the roof surface, w/agitation as well provides best results in all facets! Plus use less chemical, less water in all clean process.  This process really works best in our short cold winter months here in Central Florida in which the tile/asphalt roof might be cool, cloud cover, etc.. But would work much better the further you travel north, such as Antarctica J or even better Knoxville, -> where I used to live in Farragut off Northshore Blvd...
