I have ordered my equipment. Should hopefully have it in a week or so. I've got my logo designed. and waiting on business cards...
Huge Thanks to Doug at CAJUN SOFTWASH. He's taken time out of his busy day to give me some pointers and sales pitch ideas, on several occasions over the past couple weeks. I cannot say enough good about this man. I really am thankful for his assistance and sharing his knowledge with me.
Today was my first day putting some proposals out there, on two jobs that I stumbled across this week through my current job as superintendant of a roofing company.
I sold them both!
First Job. A 6000 sq ft house, with a 2000 sq ft Detached In-Law Suite:
I sold them, A House Wash and Roof Cleaning on the Main Home. A House Wash and Roof Cleaning on the In-Law Suite. And a Pool Cage Cleaning.
That was my First Estimate AND First Sale. What a start.I left there and went to another, much smaller home. Still a Decent size job. 2600 sq ft House Wash and Roof Cleaning. Sold that too!
Both jobs started as a roof cleaning estimate and I up-sold to make two really good jobs at out them both. And a heck of a start to SAFEGUARD SOFTWASH!!
Thank you everyone

Thanks for sharing in my excitement everyone! Yes, Its a great feeling. "sales high" is a good way of putting it. When I wrote up the first, I thought: there's no way this man is going to pay me 2500 to clean his house. When he jumped on it... There was no stopping me on the next one!!

Congrats again Nick. It's a large home and a great first sale. Thanks so much for the words and like I said just remember to pay it forward someday. We're all here to help each other.
Ray took the time (and still does) to answer my questions and to help me out. I am forever grateful and sharing with you and others is just one of the ways I choose to repay him......so it's his fault....blame him.....:}
