Im looking for a good solution for customer reminders. Something I could add to a trifold and put in the mail. Maybe a sheet full where I can cut them out and fill in the blank.

Example. Last year we cleaned your home's exterior on___________. We removed the dirt, mold cobwebs and bug deposits. If you would like for us to provide you with this service again during the same month as last time we will maintain last years price.

You will enjoy your bright shiney home all summer!

I give a reminder for something a little different. I keep record of all the quotes that did not transpire into a job from the previous year. Then I send out emails to all those potential customers at the beginning of the following year with a discount offer. It usually yields a few jobs.

 We just did this with mail chimp and land a few from it.
