I agree with Jon on the WW Classic. We've been using them and never had a issue with them.

Good equipment will pay for itself in no time but when you're just starting out it's OK to buy what you can afford. Honestly I started with a $1000 pressure washer from Home Depot and a $300 surface cleaner (that I still have but don't use).
It took us forever to get a job done but I built from there. As soon as I could afford a bigger machine I ordered it.....funny part is I ordered the 8 gpm unit with the "big guy" from the Power Wash Store and two days later my $1000 machine had enough and tossed a rod.
That $1000 machine and $300 surface cleaner made me plenty of money. Now my $6500 set up makes me more and faster.
Just use caution when buying someone else's used equipment. Many times they are getting rid of it for a reason!

I definately hear whisper wash Is the way to go. But as Doug said. Just starting out. Have about my limit laid out already. But have a bunch of people asking about driveways. If I could buy a 1000 pro pressure machine and a couple hundred dollar cleaner. I won't have to turn the work away

Keep in mind that I barely know what I'm talking about...but it's important to get the right surface cleaner for the size of pressure washer you have. For example, Mine is a 5.5gpm and I was told to go with the 19" Whisper Wash 2 nozzle rather than the 4 nozzle, which is better for the 8gpm.
