Here's a little demo area we are doing tonight for a property owner we do work for. They are flying in from California tomorrow morning and it was kind of a rush thing. The rain didn't stop us but we are glad to be done.

I'm looking at this on my phone. What material is that?

My thoughts also Doug.
Smart doing half of front, now they're almost obligated to finish and since he's already there, I'm sure he'll get the job.

We had to do a mock up for theme because the project had 8 base bids and 6 alternate bids. We have a contract on the base bid's and now after the mock up we have just signed all of the alternates too. And yes I charged for it.
Hank it is precast.
Mav... I did it right at the main entrance above the parking garage entry for that exact reason.

Got to love demos. I also like the location choice. Why hide really great results :)

Wow. Just a demo? Looks great. Curious what was approximate dwell time. I have found precast can be finicky

Thanks guys.
Andy, the majority of the wall we did got one coat of 3% mix and the nasty black areas around the cornice molding areas got 2-3 coats of 3%. Pretty much a 20-30 minute dwell time on all areas before a nice booster pump rinse. We actually love cleaning precast. I find it cleans easier than most substrates.
