We were blessed as we worked in the rain on various house and building washes and an assortment of flat work. Some big projects, for us, at the end of the month.

Crazy busy! A lot of rain last week. The guys worked in the rain all day on Thursday. Spotty rain for this week but it's 90% flat work.

Insanity right now, keeping three full time crews busy and consistently booked 2-3 weeks out since March!

Lovin Life
My ground tech was complaining today he is not getting enough hours because we are blowing thru big house projects that used to take 10 hours. Now that we are fully equipped with a Booster and Pro Portioner game on!
The dollars have doubled and the expenses have gone down.
It is all good. Now lose the 50 degree temps in the am and we shall fly :0
I told my daughter to get 10 hours days she has to book our days with more work.
What a problem!

My problem is employees......I can't get past four guys. They all say they want to work but they really don't. My "Main shooter" has only been with me about 2-3 months. 22 years old, lives at home and wants as few hours as he can get.
My new guy has been here 1 week and doing great....hope he can take a truck and run in about another week or so then we can start banging out jobs with two trucks again!

I am very thankful for my ground tech Anthony
He comes from the hospitality industry. He managed 5 star facilities. The industry beat him up after 17 years.
Six figure income diluted by long hours equals $12 per hour...
So he came on board and also does sales.
I am grooming him to run a crew. He will not be the shooter, but I actually like the idea my ground tech will manage the jobs and the shooter will focus on what he shoots and staying alive.
Anthony's people skills are his greatest assets, so he definitely kmows how to create goodwill and future work.

Doubling as a salesman frees me up more too.
