Spray Wash proudly announces the newest addition to our fleet. This Isuszu NPR custom rig was designed and owned by Tim Aselton, who is also the inventor of the ProPortioner. It features a 7gpm booster pump for softwash application, a 15 gpm Hypro rinse pump (300 psi), 8 gpm @ 3000 psi Udor pressure washer, and of course a ProPortioner. This rig also features dual 25 gallon "soap tanks". One for Agent Clean soaps and another for the customer plant protection additive we are working on (details coming soon)! With the addition of a three way valve on the soap input on the ProPoetioner, is incredible easy the switch soaps. i could easily fill on of the tanks with a degreaser as well and use the booster for application on concrete.
I've also got room for an additional "hot-box" as well, but wrestling with the idea if I want hot water on this rig.
Seeing as this was Tim's baby for years, I feel very honored that he trusts me enough to treat her well for the next phase of her life. Will be changing the wrap up in the next few weeks. For anyone questioning the ability/newness of the ProPortioner, please notice this rig has only two tanks... One for bleach and another for water. There is no mix tank, nor has there been for the past three years during the shakedown and testing period of the ProPortioner. The PP isn't an overnight creation, it's a field tested, tried and true tool. Tim was happy keeping it to himself, but somehow I persuaded him to take it to market, as it is such a valuable tool!
This brings our total number of rigs up to five for our office, now I've got to get out and pound the pavement to keep them all busy and booked with work!
I feel like a kid at Christmass time right now!
Tim also builds custom rigs as a sideline. If you are interested in a custom creation, feel free to drop me or Tim a private message.
