We were called to Avemore Apartments in Charlottesville, VA to remove the red clay stains from one of their patios. They have tried everything to get rid of the red clay but were unsuccessful. We applied the product, waited a few minutes and cleaned it with the surface cleaner. All the red clay was gone and the maintenance supervisor and property manager were extremely pleased with the outcome.
Nice Brett! But how did that become covered evenly with red clay stain that way? High water?

Thank you for posting this Brett. Now I will be able to find it when we run into this problem. I have not seen this in Western PA yet, but who knows what is around the corner?

Four story building with some great splash back! They are in the process of removing the grass and putting in mulch to stop the red clay. In front of the slab is about a 3" line of red clay without grass.
Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning can remove those difficult red clay stains that others cannot.
