Went to go give a estimate today on a deck and house. The owner said he just ran the last pressure washer off.
So I'm thinking omg that don't sound good. So we walk around back to see a deck half chewed up. I mean it was very bad. The owner asked if I could fix it lol.
I told him there's no fixing that besides taking the boards up and flipping them over. Or maybe belt sanding.
If this is my competition I should do very well with my business.

Ouch. That's brutal. Yes, sanding is the only way to get that taken care of.
