I spray them with our mix as we wash the house....so they are included.
However we charge to remove Tiger Stripes or to clean them out.

This is one of the debates that will go on forever,Ha,Ha,...
Yes,..I charge for them,..but it isn't an option to the customer. They are done routinely as part of a house wash. The gutters down to the ground,..excluding additions like decks.
Again,.it's a matter of perception among contractors. My perception is it should be considered part of a house wash,..whereas others feel it should be charged separately as a line item. In my analogy it would be like washing a car and charging extra to wash the wheels. As in,..I couldn't imagine doing either as an extra and giving the customer an option to make MY job look unfinished. Doesn't look good to me or passerby's who may be unimpressed with the job I did.
I always figure the customer just wants their house washed and don't want to have to pick what to wash,..JUST WASH THE DAMN HOUSE, Ha,Ha,...

we've always charged separately to remove tiger stripes . to get the gutters to come out great takes a lot of scrubbing and time especially if working from a ladder. we do however give them a quick spray and brush on a basic housewash.

Jeff, I couldn't agree more but when I tried it I was getting, you want what!? Even with explanation it didn't seem to work with the low ballers and their big box store machine. I went back to options and it is be working better, without explanation!
