This residential home was possibly in the worst condition I have even seen. It was under construction years back then laid vacant in the country for several years, and now the owner is resuming work on the home.  This white brick home was the victim of copious amounts of mud-wasp nests (dirt daubers), vines, and algae. Our softwash process turned out to be the perfect solution to rid the exterior of the contaminants. The lower orange stains turned out to basically be "rust"...this area is well known for our red-clay hills, and the iron oxide in the red clay creates a rust stain. The process for removing these stains is much different from our typical softwash process, but you can see the results were still fantastic!
