I am looking into an app for keeping employee time next year and was wondering if anyone is using something that works with Quick Books on Line. Having them "punch" in with their phone is a solution I like.

That looks like way more than I need. I have been looking at TSHEETS. Business (2-99 users) $4 per user/month + $16 base fee/month (paid annually).
Time Tracker QuickBooks users pay only $4 USD per user/month + $11.95 USD base fee/month.
Big Time $5.60/user/month paid annually, $7/user/month paid quarterly. (Prices decrease as number of users increase)
Still looking....

I use Uattend and love it. I have a fingerprint timeclock in the shop and the guys can use cell phones if on site to log in and out. It is $18.00 a month and has tons of features. I bought the Uattend time clock from Staples for $150.00 on sale. It is regularly $250.00 on their website. I can run timecard reports from my phone and email directly to my payroll company in less than a minute. It also links with QB if you need too.

Thanks John... is $18.00 a month a flat fee? Everything I see wants to charge per employee.
