One of the worst jobs we do is gutter cleaning. Only GutterDog likes cleaning gutters! We do it as a service for our customers and to add to the customer database. I keep looking for something that will work just a little better, David Hoover posted a link on FB for a gutter cleaning tool. It looked like it would work so I ordered two. It has cut the gutter cleaning time by 1/3 and ladder movement is minimal!
We just started cleaning gutters this year due to the warm fall. After the last two rains the leaves are good and wet so no leaf blower. Check out... The Gutter Cleaning Tool.

After our talk last week they came in yesterday. Rugged material and good design. Another tool in the arsenal.

Looks like a copy of this one. Its worked great, but only lasted a year. I cleaned a lot of gutters with it off a ladder. I think they stopped making it

A bit similar... the guys cleaned one large, one medium and one small home from 9 - 1 today. Before this tool it would have taken at least two more hours.

I couldn't agree more Doug. My guys love the new tool. It has increased the speed of gutter cleaning way more than I ever thought it would and it is a quality built tool. I'm glad I saw a post from David Hoover. This has taken a lot of the dislike for gutter cleaning out of the entire process.

That's probably why they stopped selling it. It broke after one season of use.

In the Fall I see Screening and Cleaning. I sell Alum screens at $3.50 ft. Find a local Gutter Supply and price some screens out. They are cheap and they work. You screw them in with Hex head screws, real easy!

Art, may I ask how many gutter screen installations you did last year? Any complaints or call backs? I'm just trying to determine if it is something I want to try. Thanks.

I don't do a lot of gutter cleaning and screening. Its a very short season. Mostly Nov. around here. I have never had a call back on these screens. As long as the gutter has pitch and no standing water. The screens work fine.
