Hi everybody! My name is Kane Magnuson and I own Iowa House Painters, LLC  Because we do pressure washes to prep homes for exterior paint I wanted to explore the possibility of doing exterior cleanings on vinyl siding, etc. During my research over the last month I discovered the process of Soft Washing and it has opened my eyes to a whole new market in my area. So I have bought the domain name for Klean Kings .com and I am going to dedicate one van to offering this service and see how it goes. Meanwhile, I am on this great site trying to devour as much knowledge as I can to give me the best chance for success. Ummmmm what else can I say? My favorite color is blue, I'm an Aries and I think I would love long walks on the beach if I could ever get to one. With all of that important info out there now please teach me senseis.

Now you know all those "free" house cleanings you've probably done (we've always incorporate it in the bill in some form) you can charge even if you're just washing a brick house that needs cleaning to paint exterior window sashes or they only have you there for interior work. If the exterior is in good condition but could use a spiffing up with just a softwash, extra $$$
