No change. I would do whatever I had to do to make sure there there was a ProPortioner involved. I don't want to work without it now that I have it.

Start over, LOL! We have bought so many different things over the last 10 yrs. You will be in this game and always spending money on tools. I would go with a air pump and the PP.

I just ordered a booster pump to aid in rinsing. A booster pump, for me, woulda been a huge timesaver considering I spend about 70% of my time doing it.
We use a 1/2 air set-up. I am working on a DYI proportioner for it.

I've seen all three of his and Lisa's current trucks up close and personal. It will certainly motivate many.

What size is the gas tank, Eric? Is it big enough to last a couple days?

When assembled properly,..an air system is definitely the most reliable, resilient and ease of use and assembly of all the pumps. No doubt about it. And they last years,.not months. In the end they all make money. The 3/8" All-Flo is a roof cleaners favorite,.they routinely last for at least (5) years.
When running an air system,..it's a HUGE advantage to run your air supply hose through a tank of water,.usually you can use your supply tank for this. The longer hose you can use the better. These pumps like dry air,..and it's easily accomplished,..but you have to understand how the water traps work. The All-Flo is a great stall free pump out of the box anyhow,..but by the nature of the beast,.they will eventually stall with moist air,..nothing wrong with the pump,..but you have to meet the pumps requirements for optimum performance.
The cost to make dry air is only about $20.00.

If I had to start all over, I would systemize my rigs, all three would be exactly the same.
