Finished it up, and turned out really nice. Customer was very happy and satisfied. The house will need to be cleaned every 8 weeks. Even in the winter.
I liked it. I'm quite out of shape lol but it was fun. At the end we hit a nice routine and worked alot faster. The next one won't take nowhere near the amount of time.
So glad to hear this work out for you all! Maybe when you get your strength back you can give us the tricks of the trade!

It's all about the use of the fire hose that each hog house has. It's really strong with a fire nozzle on it. That 1 inche hose beats, and breaks up all the poop, and beats all the dust off the feeding tube station on the cieling. The pressure washer then comes in to clean all the fine details.
An equally important step is started the night before you show up for the job. Hog poop can be as hard as concrete when smashed down and dried. A good farmer will turn the sprinkler system on the night before, so the poop can soak all night. If this is done, it makes life soooooo much easier on the washer. If they don't leave them on, then i charge quite a bit more money, because the poop will not go down the slats in the flooring, that means you have to cut it with a turbo tip or 0 degree tip into chunks, load it into a wheel barrow, and dump it out the back door.
My main issue with it is, i dont have 2 pressure washers. I need to buy one real soon.
Anyone got one for free? Lolol ill come get it.

When you buy a washer, get at least an 8 GPM. You need volume. The use of the 1" fire hose has to be an awesome feeling. How many GPM/ PSI is coning through it?

I dont know, but the one inch hose reduces down to a 3/8-1/4 hole at the end of the comedy nozzle. But it's strong.

Very nice All Kleen. Good to see it worked out for you. Now you need to get a referral, reference letter from the owner of the one you did and go to every the hog house in the area and use the letter as a recommendation. Run with it!

That's why I love this forum. I would of never thought of getting a letter from them to show other farmers.
Thanks for the tip John
