G'day, I'm John from All Exterior Cleaning, I've been cleaning exteriors with brushes, chemicals, and/or pressure since 2003.
I am the business - equipment, marketing, office work, quoting and even field work. Most of my work is domestic - houses, driveways, paths, decks etc; the extra is small apartment buildings & driveways/carparks etc and the occasional bit of commercial concrete.
Currently, I have 2 cold water pressure washers (7gpm & 3gpm) a small 12 volt pump, a 20% downstream injector, x-jets, pump-up sprayer, 2 surface cleaners, soft broom for hand brushing and a very large collection of nozzles.... and the list goes on.
The generosity & ingenuity of people in this business is always amazing.
We speak different languages. And I can be sarcastic. Up here "domestic" is called "residential." Also, we have five different ways of describing "car parks."
However, you seem to be worthwhile, based upon your own description. Of yourself.
Welcome! I look forward to a mutual alliance and world domination. (That was sarcasm. Not all of the retreads here have been kicked out yet.)
Anyway, don't learn our vernacular. Type like you are among friends. There is a lot of good give and take here at the NSWA.
