Hello Gentleman
What an impressive build setup! Gee I got long way to go, to get where you guys are. What a great deal of helpful information here. I may not get to work at all, if I were to try to read all at once. I'm should be getting some tax return back and plan to get a computer that doesn't give so much grief. I'll be working on getting a web site together. Also I will be buying some equipment to run, from my small operation [PICKUP]. Just taking baby steps, up here in Maine. Although the winter has been mild, and cabin fever has set in. Spring is just around the corner!
Thank You Guys

Thanks for the tour, looks good. Ive got a long way to go also. You use the booster pump as your main pump? What kind of hose reals do you have holding your chem and fresh water hoses? I have 200 ft of 5/8 hose I have to find a hose real for.

I have two of these hose reels and will order two more. I have replaced one manifold in seven years. No need for more than 1/2" for spraying and 5/8" for watering. Liberty Garden
The booster is now our only roof cleaning pump. The 12v is only for transfer of SH to the down stream tank.

I stumbled upon 6 of them. My son moved and when I went into the shed there were 6 Kodak chemical tanks. I asked his landlord and they became mine. It is so nice not to have to touch soap but maybe once every two weeks. They hold about four gallons due to the vent hole.

Brett, I am very interested in the way that you plumbed your pressure relief....what size hose and fittings did you use? After experimenting with my pump today, I quickly discovered I need to have some type of pressure relief....
Thanks!

Thanks to Art for posting in the 110 booster pump post and my memory. When I realized I needed something it was on the pump the next day. I'll buy a spare because I'm sure the SH will kill them. Pressure regulating bypass valve
You will need 4 female 1/2" barbed fittings and 2 close 1/2" nipples. I plumbed everything except the soap with 5/8" poly braided. Drill two 1/2" holes in the top of the tank and screw the fittings together with the nipple. I didn't want to use hose clamps because I knew they would rust and one day and my buffer would be getting filled with juice. I forced two 3/4" crimp rings on the hose and forced the barb into the hose and crimped them. Now that both ends are crimped I installed them in the tank as I explained above. If this doesn't make sense give me a call.
