Paradise Pressure Washing was called out last night to remove 8 months of grease on the sidewalks at Applebees. We foamed a heavy degreaser and use hot water to remove all grease.
Looks like you did an awesome job!
Nice work,
I just give food outlets a brush with strong Caustic Soda (cheap as) before pressure washing.
Does body else do that, or better chemicals. Let me know.
Cheers,
Pete

We use caustic soda in extreme cases. I really don't like using it, due to safety concerns for both crew and public safety. But it is cheap.
Like most chemicals used correctly, it is reasonably safe. Once it has done it's thing it is completely washed off and dissipates to nothing.
