The best for bookkeeping is Quickbooks. I don't think it's the best for payroll, but it's what I use.

I have 2 accounts at BOA. Accounts receivable and a payroll Acount. I move the pay to the payroll acount once a week so the taxs are always there. Once a month I send the fed tax out And state quartly. Forms go quartly also. Works out good for me

Quickbooks Online. For the cost, everything is easy. Bookkeeping, payroll, pays fed and state as well as unemployment tax. All Leah has to do is enter in the hours, everyone gets paid with direct deposit.

Online...yes. That's what I use as well. I've been looking at Gusto for payroll though. Still using Quickbooks for now.

We are moving to QB online. We debated about the cost of the online part of QB but the boss (my wife) made the command decision.

We (my wife) uses QB online. We outsource payroll using direct deposit.

I use SurePayroll and have an accountant handle the books.
