It can be a good payday unless someone brings up LEAD.
I would never post a pic of that due to environmental repercussions here in NY
Was the building built after 1978?

Maverick what makes you think I was born yesterday? Being born in 1960 makes me familiar with lead paint. The 27 years in Facility Management helped also. All the documentation is in place from testing. Your right it's a great payday for two guys. The building is older than me and that's old. We have worked with this property owner many times in the past.

Hank I know you have a wealth of knowledge, and are always on the ball!
People around here are becoming more and more hypersensitive regarding lead and getting a LOT more scrutiny and we have seen many more competitors alerting local officials of any work being done to create problems for other contractors.
As i know some read our posts Id hate for officials to start stirring up troubles.
Meant nothing to be negative, your one of the best and most knowledgeable. just being cautious.
This year had numerous calls from H.O.'s, citing info they got here and similar sites.

To give everyone an idea on the size of this job I've included two pictures.
Today we are starting another warehouse project. Over 900 feet of loose paint to be removed. Each section is two stories. This will keep us busy.
