Pacific Exterior was contacted by the owners of this home in San Jose, California after seeing our many positive reviews. They were concerned about dark staining on their clay, Spanish tile roof and its loss of color. They also did not want to have the roof pressure washed. After we cleaned the roof they had us do repairs as well as soft wash cleaning of 3,000 square feet of slate and decorative concrete.
