We were called to wash the breezeways of Riverbend Condos because they liked the cleaning of their siding almost two years ago. After we cleaned the walls of the breezeways we returned to install bird spikes so the birds could no longer sit on the ledger strip and leave droppings on the vinyl rails below.

We Used a bird repellant gel on a customers house this year after swallows left their nests.
Will see next spring how well it worked
