I'll give it a shot but I tried to communicate with the local franchisee but they could care less about the nasty and dirty restaurants.

One BK franchisee owns about 90% in a 45 min. radius. The office is in town so I'm going to send Leah. The last time I wrote a letter, knowing it might end up in file 13. Leah is prettier and great with people. If anyone can get in the door, she can.
As to pharmacies... I keep searching for the decision maker for CVS. They build these new buildings, then walk away. Most locally are clean but their sidewalks are getting spotted by the inconsiderate gum chewers and the drive thrus are starting to look like fast food drive thru.

CVS is handled by a National Service Provider. They handle all the maintenance work. This includes PW, light maintenance, snow removal, plumbing and electrical. They dictate what they will pay for preassure washing. Ive yet to find out who they are.
Thanks Hank and yeah.....been there done that. The regional manager told me that CVS rules require a measurable return on any investment and they don't see money spent on cleaning as measurable......and thay have some NASTY properties.

Boy that is a strange mindset for them to have.

Absolutely horrid mindset. He told me they must see a "measurable" return. No statistics or anything else.

Just another challenge to overcome. Nothing ventured nothing gained. It's a long winter up here. This will give me something to do besides taking naps.
For what it's worth... those who want to pursue commercial work here is a master list of owners of Burger Kings throughout the country.
