One thing about employees is to get them to remember to present their time cards and fill them out properly. I found an app for their phones that also has a good desktop version we are trying for the trial period. I looked for some time to find one I like and so far this one seems good. One thing I like right out of the gate is how easy it was to link with Quick Books OL. It also tracks their route. There is a lot to it for $4.00 per month per employee.
I use Uattend biometric time clock. Been using for three years and it's awesome. Cant cheat the fingerprint scanner. Also has a great app for the administrator and my guys can clock in and out from their phones with geo tagging, when doing out of state jobs. It's 18 bucks a month.

Thanks John. After looking into TSheets more their hidden costs make it expensive so I'll take a look at Uattend.

We use T sheets, i liked Uattend more on paper 3 years ago but both a 're good.
My guys are dispatched 2 site daily (for various lines of work, mostly Manhattan) so clocking in by phone and not fingerprint scanners is best.

I looked at Uattend and no smart phone capability. I think we will just use the feature built into Jobber and see how that goes.

Brett,
my guys use their phone to clock in sometimes and I use mine with the app to check and modify the time cards.

Next thing is gonna be Retina scanning, blood sampling, geotracking microchip technology to go clean a roof.
