It was a little chilly but The Roof Wizard was able to clean this tennis court, for a large apartment complex, without issue. We softwashed the entire court and rinsed with a booster pump. The temps were in the lower 30's so we had work quick, so the solution didn't freeze. As you can see from the photos, high pressure could not be used, because the court had many cracks and is need of resurfacing. Our softwash process allowed the owner to clean the court without damage, and hold off on the costly resurfacing for a few more years.
