My name is Zach Jackson I work for my father Brian, I have been full time with Brian since I Graduated high school 2 years ago. This past cleaning season I Have become more involved with the business in regards to our social media pages & doing more in the field. Going through school I always knew I wanted to do something hands on. My high school summers were spent in the passenger seat going job to job occasionally being able to do a house wash. I enjoyed this past season in a big way by given more responsibility, such as being able to spray a roof or a complete house wash on my own (Making things easier on Dad). I decided to join NSWA to see what is going on with others in the same line of work, see possible new ideas for work and anything that can help the business in the future. Look forward to meeting new people!

Zach,
Welcome to the machine. You made a mistake in your introduction. You work with your father not for him as you are part of a team. A great one at that.

You are correct.. he doesn't work for me .. he has been a game changer in our daily production. I hear alot of guys complain about hiring help and that there isn't any good help available.. working with my son is fun and rewarding. We spend alot of time laughing and joking during the day but also crank out the work..

Welcome Zach. Brian, I'm jealous. You are exactly right. Finding good help has been my biggest struggle with my company. Hats off to you guys.

Welcome Zach.
And yes it is a privelege as a parent to work with our kids most of the time. My daughter runs my office and I still remember a few years ago when she started. I wanted her to go and observe how we do the work. Next thing I knew, she was standing right beside me on the roof getting a birds eye view of roof cleaning!
