I just wanted to say hi everyone and to thank you for this great forum. I have been a member for almost a year and as you can see I haven't posted much. This last season was my first full season and I have learned a lot from this forum and ones like this. I have been reading as much as I can to learn as much as I can. I was always afraid ask questions or make comments on posts with worries of sounding like a total rookie. After working 20 years in Corrections I was always told when your new to shut up and listen and that's pretty much what I did. I have learned that this forum has a good group of people wanting to help each other succeed without arrogant or belittling answers unlike what I have seen in other forums. With that said, I am going to make more of a effort to contribute to this forum and I would like to thank you again. Steve

I second that. I have been on here for a few years now. Mostly as a reader/learner. I will try to contribute where I can. I am steering away from cleaning KES for 15yrs and heading towards more Soft Washing of Roofs and Exteriors. This will be my 3rd full season. I plan on going full go now. Thank you for what I have learned here, and shoot away with any KES questions.

Thank you both!
Everyone of us here have been in your shoes. When we stared the words were, "Read until your eyes bleed"!
I really wish more would do as you all have, it has done more for your knowledge and you business than all those who want it spoon fed.
Congratulations to you both!

I was also the rookie on the RCIA back in 2010 so I Know were your coming from. I had to earn respect from most of these guys here and i did it buy reading and learning. What goes a long way is participating and sharing info and not just asking and asking and asking. Post some of you pictures of jobs and let these guy here know that your serious. I'm not sure if all the guys here feel the same way but i will gladly help someone that is serious about this business and shows there serious. Guy Blackmond gave a great speech in Tampa and i have seen him speak a few times. His message was simple( Invest in your equipment) also ( Us full timers don't do this for Beer and Cigarette money). Just start showing your in this business and are serious and hold off on all the questions and trust me the guys here will except you. Do these things and when your in a bind and need a quick answer the guys here will bend over backwards to help you.
