I bought this huge dry erase white board last year. I still cant figure out what to use it for? (I'm not the sharpest knife on the shelf).
Show some pics, of what you are using yours for. Especially the smaller companies.

I bought black pin stripping tape and turned it into a board to keep up coming jobs. Twenty spaces... name, address and job. I'll try to remember a picture tomorrow.

I have several that I use. The one in the shop is for inventory control of QC, plugs, hose clamps, nozzles, jrods, tools, teflon and electrical tape, fittings, etc. This same board is for the inventory of the truck, trailer and the shop. Another smaller board is for ideas on the truck, the trailer and the shop. Now to the office. I have a four month board for scheduling work. Another board is set up like Brett's with with pin stripe tap. The left column lists the job and the columns to the right is for sharing that particular work to NSWA, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Angie's List, etc.

This is my board. I had put some electrical tape on it for the lines. I had goals and other stupid stuff on it. It is brand new clean for 2018.
This is sort of unrelated but reminded me about dream boards. Last year I created a dream board and hung it on a wall in my house. The idea of a dream board is to visualize goals you wish to accomplish. The goals can be financial, physical, spiritual, social, vacations, cars etc... For each dream / goal, you post a visual. It can be text or an image. Each day you look at the board and visualize yourself reaching that dream / goal. Of course you need to have a plan to execute. "From Visual to Believable to Achievable".

I used to drive big trucks a long time ago. I was working at a store and kept a pic in my car of the last one I drove, and after a short time I got a job driving 18 wheelers again.

Hre's the board Mike. It is not for scheduling but it always nice to see what we have upcoming. The pin stripping didn't take too long, just a little measuring.
I love my dry erase boards. I have in my office, to do lists for the business, and I have a calendar one mounted on the door of my enclosed trailer. I have my daughter fill it out at the beginning of the month (she gets BIG $$$ for it). It's nice to look at and then cross out the jobs as we get them done. It's also nice to be able to look ahead to the week or month without having to look into my phone.

I saved the pic to my computer Brett! I like this use. I may copy it! I could put the bigger jobs over 1500-2000 on and work the smaller jobs around the bigger ones?
I moved my white board to a different area in the room. Maybe by having the white board where I placed it, I'll use it this year.
( The yellow tint is one of the benefits of being a smoker, lol, and is being fixed. )

Here's the one inside my trailer. The one at my desk is just a plain white one with a bunch of personal notes on it.
I actually keep one in our living room to keep us on task, so we don't let things fall through the cracks. If we are watching TV,we are reminded of work we have to do.
