Probably the Forum host changing things around. Every time they hire a new guy to run things over there they start changing something or the other. To fix a picture just swipe it until it turns blue and pull the corners in.

Great info Brett
I also remember back in the day it was always important to make sure to support everyone's promotional posts and to rank them (5stars). I also think I remember it was important to use key words in your support post. This of course was back in the RCIA days and im not sure if that is the same hear. I will say the Hank was always great at not only writing promotional posts but he was also great at helping support a promotional post and always wrote a great support post loaded with key words.
When posting make it easy for others by doing some easy things that make the post better to navigate.
1. When adding pictures by copy/paste, resize them to around 1000 pixels. If they are large they stretch the post out and have to be edited.
2. When when adding a link, highlight the word, phrase or link. Go to the tools above and select the icon in the attached screen shot.
When that opens, enter the address. Click on target and select "open link in new window". (Screen shot 2)
Two small things that make a BIG difference.
