I recently (in October) ran into one of my old college football coaches and he asked me what I was up to. After a nice conversation, I was asked to stop by his house to give him a roof and house cleaning quote. We ended up agreeing on a price and I completed the work later that week. When he came home that evening, he called me up and wanted to meet with me the next day for payment and to let me know how great of a job we did. That next day we met up and he said that he had other things he was hoping that I could clean. I ended up selling him on a front and back paver walkway, composite deck, vinyl fence, retaining wall, and inground pool patio cleaning. While I was there, I through in cleaning the kids composite swing set. When we were done cleaning, his wife was so happy, she sent us home with warm homemade cookies and the $$$$. Come to find out, this guy owns an insurance agency in town and I just recently had him get my WC and CGL straightened out. Funny how things work. P.S. the natural lighting did help out on the before and after pic.

Don't you love it when people get what we do and want their homes looking good?

That's what I am hoping Brian. His good friend from high school is a local developer and owns the commercial property his office is in. He said that those building are due for a cleaning and he is going to give him my card. I guess the moral of the story is, do the best job you can do and the opportunities will come.

Good eye Zach. That's my guy pre-soaking the plants and siding before I did the roof. Weak well pressure around here. I was trying to save the water I hauled over in my buffer tank for the house wash.
