Normally I try to take the snow in stride. Snow plowing is part of our business. But for some reason I'm ready for it to be over. It may be my age or something else but I'm ready for an early spring.

I'm waiting on some parts for our new skid. I was hoping to have it on the truck by the end of this week.

Thinking the same thing Brian. I like the snow plowing, but its time to get out and make the real money. I have two job to clean this week with the good weather we are getting. Its time to put my skid on the truck and hoping it stays there!

I decided Im done plowing. I will be focusing on me time in the winter instead of this plowing nonsense. I will still do driveways and one lot that i have but that's it. Im tired of waking up at 2 am to make little money.

The roads need to be covered before they call. Then 8 hrs no matter what @ $80 an hr for my truck. I even do my own neighborhood, I have it made! They know if they don't pay us well we go some place else.

Most State snowplowing is higher rates than the town. State is harder to get on the list.
