It seems the winter just won't go away for some of us.
Yesterday we had a customer get mad because we had to cancel today and move him to Friday. He went as far making threats to leave bad reviews. Due to a change with the morning job Leah called and said she would send the crew to do it in the afternoon. He found someone who could come that afternoon and didn't need us. Good riddance!

The weather hasn't stopped people from calling though. We've done several house washes, two kitchen hoods and concrete cleaning. We even have a solar panel cleaning coming up this Friday. So far our customers have been extremely understanding.
