Pocono Non-Pressure Roof & Exterior Cleaning was working in Effort, PA this week. This project is what was called a "Flip". The exterior surfaces had to be cleaned as they were neglected over the years by the previous owners. The deck had twenty years of algae build up as can be seen by the black versus the clean areas. In addition to the deck the roof was cleaned using our non-pressure roof cleaning method leaving the roof free and clear of the black algae. Last but not least was the exterior wood surfaces that were cleaned using our soft washing nozzles and detergents. As a result the T-111 siding was looking healthy again.
