Pacific Exterior was awarded the contract to clean Oracle Arena, home of the NBA Champion Golden State Warriors. The Arenas corporate sponsor, Oracle, was concerned about how the dirty roof would affect their reputation once blimp coverage started showing close-ups of the roof. Pacific Exterior was able to complete the job without power washing, which both the coating manufacturer and the arenas engineering department directed against. All wash and rinse water was reclaimed and disposed of responsibly. Oracle arena management was amazed by the results.
The arena management reached out to Pacific Exterior after receiving a testimonial from the Warriors TV play by play announcer Bob Fitzgerald, who had recently contracted with the company. “Pacific Exterior did an incredible job cleaning my clay tile roof. They were professional, on time, very thorough and I would recommend them for any and all cleaning situations. I’m extremely pleased with their work,” recounts Fitzgerald.
Pacific Exterior specializes in advanced cleaning and restoration for large commercial facilities as well as residential homes. We provide service to all of the Bay Area and the Monterey Bay.

Thanks guys. We are all Warriors fans so that made it fun. Hopefully, they start showing current footage of the roof instead of old stock from previous years as they have been doing. Conference finals with the Rockets start Monday.
