The Shenandoah Government Annex as well as the courthouse where showing many years of abuse from the elements. After seeing the work we did on the Massanutten Regional Library they hired Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning to bring the buildings back to life. All the Dryvit and casting as well as some sidewalks and benches were cleaned. Once they were clean we cleaned all the exterior window with our water fed pole

Yes, everything was soft washed, though there was some pressure washing and other chems on the black streaks from the roof on the courthouse.
