I picked up 2 house flippers in the last year or so. Both are great guys to work with. The first one sends me a house a month. I give him a fair price and I get the job. He just mails me a check when I'm done. The second one I have been working for a week now. He gave me four jobs and pays me on the spot. These new bread of flippers do 30 homes a year. These guys will work out good in the slow months for work. I may even go back to my old trade and fix some of them in the off season. Got to Do what I got to Do!

We have about 7 flippers right now. We get anywhere from 5-10 houses a month between them all. All good work and pay.

Ever get the nosey neighbor when cleaning a flip? "has this house sold?" "was this a foreclosure?" "what happened to the people who lived here?"

have a few as well as a few realtors who flip themselves. besides roofs, we get paint, carpentry and esp housewashes. when they clear out bushes, trees and just overgrowth theres a ton of dirt, mold and green algae on those houses.
And yes the neighbors are elated the eyesore house is cleaned up in their neighborhood and we get leads that way too

I have 5 but one is so cheap I won’t be seeing him again. I can give these guys a fair price. But I’m not working for nothing. They should be good for some winter work when the weather is good

Got several here and I often wish that's all I did work for. No plant issues, easy in and out and some pay cash....

I don't like them, when i find out they are flipping it I tell them " Sorry, i don't work for flippers" They go nuts and usually start cursing..lol. In the past I have found them to be a waste of my time. They have said they would rent a PW and a Mexican { Their words } and do it for half that, so I don't bother anymore. They may be great to fill gaps with, I just don't get involved.

Over the years I've weeded out most of the so called flippers. I only work with one and it's very consistent work. He has us go over the property top to bottom and left to right. Once finished we just charge his credit card. In 2017 we did seventeen homes for him. So far in 2018 it's twelve because of the weather and delays associated with it.

I picked up 4 house from 2 of my flippers this week. You just have to find the good ones that sell nice homes. Like Hank said you have to clean everything so the house looks good to the prospective buyer.

Pat that's the old breed of Flipper. They don't exist anymore. They can't compete with today's flipper. They are buying up everything and putting a lot of money into the homes they buy
