What kind of tank setups do you guys have on your rigs when using a mixing valve or pro portioner? How many gallons for SH and how many gallons for water using a float valve?
Trying to figure out next years setup with or without a flatbed. I'm open to removing the 2 130gallon tanks I have now or keep them and add a soap tank..
I've attached some pics of my current setup. Looking to hear some thoughts and ideas. Keep in mind I always lean towards the minimalist/simplistic side of things. "Less is more"
I will be hard mounting the PW and a new hose reel to go with it in the off season.
Eric If you add a proportioner all you need is a 7 gallon soap tank. Even with the power washer in there you will still have plenty of room. I do like the clean set up you have now.

Here is an old video. I have made a few good changes since I made this about two years ago. I need to make two new ones with both trucks. I hope it helps.

You should get another trailer for all your baggage.

Eric we sit our surface cleaner on top of the 100 gallon tank. Ill post a picture soon. Yes i would put the soap tank on the floor but make sure it is accessible.
I would recommend the 100 gallon tall square tanks. They would be a gamechanger for your setup. They only take up a footprint of 47x26. Plus they are tall so the float valve isn't such a draw back.

I like that Eric. We mount ours on the wall on a rack and bungee cord. Does that have some kind of padding to keep the SC from bouncing on metal?

When they made it the width is real close so it is a nice tight fit.

How many of you use a flat surface cleaner on a regular basis. Although we have one we rarely use it.

Surface cleaner is always on the truck. I like to upsell when we are there working. Having everything on the truck makes it easy to handle this immediately instead of having to come back.

Still looking for square 100 gallon vertical tanks. I have round available locally but square would be more space efficient.
Picture of round 100 gallon. Height is about 44inches
