This has been a crazy year! Not a week that hasn't been full even with the summer lull. I instructed Leah today to put all new work off to 2019 unless it is a repeat customer. It is going to be tough to get it all done before Christmas!
How and why? The starting place was RCIA and some strong personalities with great thoughts and ideas. I learned a long time ago to look at those who have/are making it and mimic what they do. No, don't copy and plagiarize but look at their approach and technique.
I have a lot of people to thank and never once thought I would put work off into another year 2.5 months early! Anyone can do the same thing. Anyone can make it work with "baby steps".
Thank you RCIA and to my friends at NSWA!

Don't worry Steve, the weather isn't much on our side and hasn't been all season. Way too much rain and when it wasn't raining it was really hot. Now it's 40's in the mornings and yesterday 10+ mph winds. Let's just keep the hard freeze away!

I agree Brett this year's weather has been interesting to say the least. However, we keep selling jobs so bundle up and get r done!

Congrats Brett!! It is a nice feeling to have that backlog, even thought it can be a little uneasy too. Keep it going strong and let's all hope the weather holds out.

Thanks everyone. I had a guy hang up on me yesterday when I told him. Others have been ok so far.
