I showed this a LONG time ago but thought I'd show it again. These regular 3/8" couplers work just as good as a Super Swivel,..and even better from a maintenance standpoint. These will allow the reel to spin while there is no pressure on the reel,..which is the way I set up,..I pull the hose out then start the engine,..same at wind up simply shut engine off,..no need for high pressure swivel costing around $60.00. I replaced each O-ring only once all summer,.. I typically pull all hose off reel,..but in the case I would need more hose,..I just open the ball valve you see in the first picture near the hose reel and that takes all the pressure off the system,..I use it for starting engine,..so it's there anyhow.
*The valve in the second picture is the by-pass valve to allow me to run full flow,..without removing the soap injector.
