This roof was infested in blake algae due to the north facing roof and the abundance of very tall trees. The insurance company threatened to cancel the homeowners policy unless it was cleaned. Fortunately, the homeowner reached out to us at Pocono Non-Pressure Roof & Exterior Cleaning to give them a quote for the work. After visiting the property we issued our "free" quote to the customer, which satisfied both the homeowner as well as the insurance company. The work was scheduled and completed shortly thereafter. Our staff of fully trained and insured professionals addressed the issue with our professional grade truck mounted equipment. The black algae was completely eradicated leaving the roof sanitized and in it's original condition.
